My name is Nave Nijjar and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor.  I work with teens & adults. I offer Individual and Trauma virtual Psychotherapy only and treatment of common conditions.  I provide a safe space for you to become the best version of yourself, I Hear to Heal.

Teen Psychotherapy 

Teen Psychotherapy aims to support teens with common struggles such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation/attempts, bullying, body-image, confidence, social skills, identity development, and experimentation with drugs, sex, and alcohol. 

$180.00 per session

Anxiety

Feeling of fear and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD,  generalized anxiety

Depression

Loneliness, hopelessness, mood regulation, lack of motivation

Self-Esteem/ Confidence

Self doubt, negative beliefs and self-image, loss of worthiness and values

Trauma

Acute (single incident), chronic (repeated/prolonged), complex (exposed to multiple/invasive events)

Sexual Assault (Historical and present)

Shame, blame, guilt. Intrusions and re-experiencing

Domestic Violence

Intimate partner violence, physical and emotional abuse 

PTSD

Complex PTSD, exposed to actual or threatened death, witnessing events, serious injury, sexual violate, natural disaster, car accident

Payment is due prior to or at the beginning of each session by e-transfer only. It is the responsibility of the client to submit the receipt to the insurance provider if applicable. A receipt will be issued to the client once payment has been received by the therapist.
